My kids loved the Kingdom Themed Room with all the fun activities! The two amazing spots for downtime were the outdoor pool and the exciting play area in the lobby. Just a heads up, the food options felt a bit limited, but we still enjoyed our stay! 😄

We had an amazing stay in the Kingdom Fully Themed Room! The kids loved the treasure hunt, and I appreciated that there were 3 beds in the sleeping area. The staff was friendly and engaged with our kids, creating a fun atmosphere. Breakfast had some tasty options, especially the cheesy omelette and delicious strawberry donut!
Breakfast could use more kid-friendly options.

Check-in took an hour, which was really frustrating. The lounge area felt ice-cold at night, and we were told only engineers could adjust the temperature. It made our time there uncomfortable. Food service was slow, despite there being a few people around. On the plus side, the treasure hunt was a lot of fun, and the themed room (Kingdom Themed Room) was creatively designed. I really liked the disco elevator, it added a nice touch to the overall experience. Breakfast and dinner had good options that appealed to kids, colorful and tasty. The hotel has great potential for families, as there are many thoughtful activities planned for kids. I feel with better check-in processes and improved dining efficiency, it could really elevate the experience.

The themed room was fun for the kids with a cool treasure hunt. The breakfast lacked variety for adults. The entertainment staff really engaged with the kids. Expect long wait times for meals during busy hours.

missingWrote a review on Dec 21themed roomcomplimentary parkcreative workshopschaotic lobby
The lobby tends to be chaotic, with little seating for parents and a noticeable mess that detracts from the experience. Dining options left much to be desired. breakfast lacked variety and healthy selections, while the quality of food was underwhelming at best. Room size felt cramped for a family of four, and the noise levels were quite disruptive, especially with multiple bright lights from the electronics that could be distracting at night.

A Fun-Filled Family Adventure!
The themed activities kept our kids entertained throughout our stay. The playground in the lobby was a great touch, and we enjoyed a delightful half-board package, making meals effortless. Don’t miss the movie night for perfect family bonding!

The acoustics in the rooms need serious attention!!! You can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the corridors. Guest services often understaffed, leaving one person to handle multiple queries!!!

We had an amazing group vacation exploring the colorful lobby and interactive LEGO features. The themed rooms were fantastic, and my friends loved the free park access and creative workshops. Don't miss the awesome dragon-guarded entrance. it sets the perfect fun vibe for your stay. Just a heads up, the pool opens at 9 AM, which might be late if you’re an early bird!
One downside was the coffee machine in our room. it just wouldn’t work properly no matter how many times it was replaced.

missingWrote a review on Sept 07fruit buffetfriendly staffthemed roomlimited dining optionsno adult amenities
The breakfast spread was a total win, featuring a fruit buffet that felt like a tropical paradise! Plus, the themed room was beyond cool, and the staff went above and beyond to engage with the kids. Honestly, who doesn’t love a treasure hunt after checking in?
But let's keep it real, the dining choices leaned heavily toward kids, leaving adults feeling a bit left out. No spa or pool options for us grown-ups either, so we were missing some of that zesty adult fun.

Amazing experience for kids, but location was further than expected. Loved the staff!

missingWrote a review on Aug 18themed roompark accesskids activitieslobby noise
The Kingdom Themed Room offers an exciting experience with in-room treasure hunts, keeping kids entertained. Complimentary park access adds immense value, allowing quick entry to thrilling attractions without the hassle of waiting in lines.
The noise levels around the lobby felt uncomfortably high, making it tough to enjoy a peaceful check-in or check-out. It was surprising that the swimming pool cleanliness left much to be desired, diminishing the enjoyment of a refreshing dip. Breakfast options were rather limited, with quality sliding below expectations, making it a less-than-ideal way to start the day.

The dragon-guarded entrance and colorful lobby filled with LEGO® excitement made our family feel right at home. My kids loved the interactive LEGO features and creative workshops. The softplay area kept them entertained for hours while my husband and I relaxed.
In my wife’s opinion, having a separate area for parents to unwind while kids are playing would enhance the experience significantly.
